Ktechnologypro provides a wide range of IT and digital services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Content Writing
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Graphic design and branding
Google Ads
Graphic Designing
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or required content/materials.
Ensure that all provided materials (e.g., logos, text, images) are free from third-party copyright infringement.
Follow instructions, recommendations, or guidelines provided by KTechnology Pro for optimal results.
Communicate and cooperate in a timely manner to avoid delays in delivering services.
Payment Terms: All payment schedules will be defined in individual project agreements. Delayed payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.
SEO Services Commitment: SEO services require a minimum 6-month contract, which cannot be canceled early.
Website & Software Development: All design or development projects require a non-refundable upfront payment. After 24 hours of work, no refunds are issued.
Auto-Billing: Monthly ongoing services (e.g., SEO, social media) will be automatically charged according to the agreed contract until the term is completed.
Website Development: No refunds after 24 hours of work have been completed.
SEO Services: A 6-month commitment is required. No early cancellations or refunds.
Work Already Started: Once any project work has begun, no refunds will be provided.
Early Termination: No prorated refunds or partial refunds for early cancellation of any service.
No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to initiate any chargebacks once services have started.
Dispute Resolution First: Clients must contact KTechnology Pro to resolve any issues before attempting a chargeback.
Legal Action: Ktechnologypro reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover fees resulting from chargebacks.
Client Information: All client information and project data will remain confidential.
Company Information: Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes, documents, or strategies of Ktechnology Pro.
Ktechnologypro retains full ownership of all intellectual property created until payment is made in full.
After full payment, ownership transfers to the Client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Ktechnologypro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Ktechnologypro reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
By using Ktechnologypro’s services, you acknowledge and agree to:
The non-refundable nature of services once work begins.
The required 6-month commitment for SEO services.
The recommendation to work with only one IT/marketing provider at a time for best results.
